Who's reading along, who gets my data?

Short answer: Nobody, no one.

Long answer: I myself don't like it when my data is freely shared around the world, although in many cases it can hardly be prevented anymore. It's frightening when I talk about a topic in front of the SmartTV in the evening and the next morning I get corresponding advertisements in my Amazon account. Or when Google knows better where I was and when than I do myself.

Of course, when you use apocha, you reveal many detailed data about your purchases. I will not pass on this personal data to third parties; it's nobody else's business. apocha is intended to be your tool for managing your finances, allowing you to consume more mindfully and save more.

For details, I refer you to the Privacy Policy. You can find thoughts on the business model in the answer to the next question (see below), and if you're interested in why I'm doing all of this, you can read the blog post Yet another budget app. Why?.
