Dashboards
Apocha's dashboard system puts you in control of your financial overview. Create multiple personalized dashboards, each filled with configurable widgets that display exactly the information you need to track your financial health.
What Is a Dashboard?
A dashboard is your personalized command center for financial insights. Each dashboard is a customizable canvas where you can arrange widgets to create your ideal financial overview.
Key Features
- Multiple Dashboards - Create separate dashboards for different purposes (daily overview, investment tracking, budget monitoring, savings goals)
- Fully Customizable - Add, remove, resize, and rearrange widgets to match your workflow
- Separate Mobile and Desktop Dashboards - Maintain independent dashboard sets optimized for each device type
- Per-Dashboard Column Layouts - Configure how many columns each dashboard uses for optimal viewing
- Set Default Dashboard - Choose which dashboard appears when you open Apocha
Mobile and Desktop Dashboards
Apocha maintains separate dashboard sets for mobile phones and desktop computers. This separation ensures your dashboards are always optimized for the device you're using.
How It Works
When you create a dashboard, it is automatically assigned to either your mobile or desktop collection based on the device you're using:
- Desktop dashboards - Created and displayed when using a computer, laptop, or tablet in landscape mode
- Mobile dashboards - Created and displayed when using a phone or small screen device
Why Separate Dashboards?
Different screen sizes call for different layouts:
| Aspect | Desktop | Mobile |
|---|---|---|
| Screen space | Wide, multi-column layouts | Single or dual column layouts |
| Widget sizing | Larger widgets with more detail | Compact widgets for quick scanning |
| Information density | More widgets visible at once | Focused view with fewer widgets |
| Interaction | Mouse and keyboard | Touch-friendly |
Managing Both Sets
- Each device type has its own list of dashboards in the dropdown menu
- Each device type has its own default dashboard setting
- Dashboards created on desktop won't appear on mobile, and vice versa
- You can create dashboards with the same name on both device types if desired
Consider what information you need most on each device. Your desktop dashboard might show detailed charts and multiple metrics, while your mobile dashboard could focus on quick status checks like account balances and upcoming transactions.

Apocha offers a variety of widgets to help you monitor different aspects of your finances:
