Is apocha a free expense tracker app?

apocha started as a small learning project and was further developed for a while during my not-so-abundant free time alongside my main job. Besides the pure workload, the infrastructure (electricity, internet, server, etc.) cost me about €50 per month. I was happy to cover that myself. However, after a discussion in a group on Facebook, the interest in apocha grew so much that I decided to turn this side project into a real project with room to grow. At some point, I had to start thinking about monetization.

Personally, I really dislike ads, so instead of bombarding you with ads, I opted for a user fee from you as a user. After all, apocha is meant to save you money, not lure you into buying more useless stuff or signing up for a third subscription trap. There are other apps and platforms for that. In the future, there may also be different models, either fee-based and/or ad-supported.
